New Listing Notifier for eBay refreshes eBay search result pages sorted by “Newly Listed” and plays an audio alert when new listings appear.

This extension is designed for collectors, resellers, and buyers who monitor fast-moving listings and want to be notified when new items are posted. Note, you will hear an initial ding when you set your eBay setting to Newly Listed, this is the extension detecting it's first content change for eBay listings.

How it works:
• Automatically refreshes eligible eBay search pages at randomized intervals (approximately every 2–3 minutes)
• Detects newly listed items at the top of search results
• Plays a notification sound when new listings are found
• Runs entirely in your browser

No accounts required.
No analytics.
No tracking.
No external servers.
No personal data collection.

All listing comparisons are performed locally using your browser’s storage.
