3년 전에 게시됨Hello. Have you contacted our customer support regarding this issue with the VPN app? Our team is ready to help you 24/7 via chat at support.nordvpn.com. -Neo- After a recent update this extension now forces a cookie into the browser. If you delete this cookie the extension puts it back after browser restart. This will happen even if you're logged out of the Nord VPN extension. I emailed customer support their advice was to disable the extension if I didn't want the cookie. The cookie is called _cf_bm , it's a cloudflare cookie they say is for "bot management". We tested other VPN extensions and none of them did this. I wrote this review last week but my review seems to have been deleted. I'm not sure why Nord VPN have started to do this but a VPN extension should not be forcing a cookie in your browser.

Thank you! -G.M. - websites loading extremely slow with the firefox addon enabled, even with the fastest server (quick connect). there is no point to use this addon, if i dont get the same speed like in the desktop app. with the desktop app, everything loading normal. please add split tunneling for websites in the desktop app too!!!

brand new install and DL of MACOS/ Firefox and NordVPN.
I am authenticated, and have visited no sites so my cookies and cache would be of no issue here. BRAND NEW INSTALL
What is my IP - returns my IP address. not a Nord IP. pointless
STOP ASKING PEOPLE TO RE-INSTALL THE APP TO GET IT WORKING AGAIN THIS IS A BS RESPONSE TO CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE PAID FOR YOUR APP.
SORT IT OUT!

Wasting time writing to "support", who gives the impression they don't actually bother to read my messages. Suffering just a perpetual slew of aggravation from what appears to be a shoddy tin pot gang of botchers. I managed to find a simple, quick and painless way to fix all the problems from this sorry nord debacle.
1) Request refund.
2) Uninstall.
3) Go with Express VPN.
Simple.
If any "support" writes here offering me to contact them in any way so you may attempt to troubleshoot. I have a tip for you: Don't bother wasting your time as my time has already been wasted more than enough already.
As you may or may not time the time to notice, as stated above I have already fixed all my nord problems. - 5점 만점에 1점Firefox 사용자 6170113 님, 3년 전the add-on works 90% of the time 50% of the time. If I hadn't gotten a very good deal I would ask for a refund, it's slow and not reliable.
It gets harder to use.
Edit: I already tried all the normal trouble shooting things and I've come to the conclusion that the issue is with the add-on itself and the unwillingness of Nord to let people change servers.개발자 답글
