- Here we go again with the problems. It tells me to log in. I log in and it gives me the message that I have successfully logged in, but then it still tells me to log in. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times (which is something that I should not need to continuously do), and tried logging in multiple times after each reinstall. What is the problem here NORD???????
This seriously makes me question the security and reliability of your VPN that I subscribe to.

Old Problem - Today it will no longer allow me to log in. It doesn't even give me the option. When I click on the settings it then gives me the option to log out, but also will not work. It was working great until today. Something has happened and needs to be corrected.
I received a message asking that I reinstall Nord. I had already tried that multiple times, however today it started working again. Who knows what was going on, but it seems to be ok now.

You just can't trust this add on. The icon shows you're connected but it randomly disconnects in the background so you think you're going through the VPN but you aren't. This is even worse than it just not working. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still doesn't connect.개발자 답글

(the plugin worked well on chrome btw), my VPN is not usable currently and I will be forced to cancel my subscription if this problem is not fixed.

Android version has some issues too hanging but its a lot better than the windows version. Nord's customer support solution is to use their whole computer VPN and not the FF plugin. I can't do that. Not very fast either.

I would recommend finding a company that actually cares what they put out.
edit 3/26/22 at random time it just stops working. Websites refuse to connect when using the vpn for indiscriminate amount of times. Doesn't happen every hour but often enough to be a pain. Still don't know how this is an issue i will be going to a different vpn after this subscription is over.개발자 답글

Then you also have to re-add all your websites to the whitelist because many dont work with vpns. This is getting super annoying and I will be turning off automatic renewal if this isnt fixed soon. This is NOT A FREE VPN, you have to PAY for it.

Since the last update, I have to say that it worked seamlessly. I don't have to re-login everytime or uninstall/reinstall the extension, and NordVPN added 2FA. Increasing temporary my rating to 4, and I will adjust accordingly with time.
I have to acknowledge you did improve NordVPN.
EDIT2: Obviously everybody has issues with your addon so please stop saying "Sorry, if it persists contact the customer support" and fix your lousy login....
EDIT: Nope, even without any other addon and on different systems the login error is there, and completely random. Your login system is just a bad idea IMO. I miss the old one with login and password, and you could just add 2FA. It used to randomly disconnect but it was easier to connect.
Like many people I have this login issue, only workaround is to uninstall/reinstall the addon.
This NordAccount thing is the worst idea ever, login and password was better, I have to constantly relogin through the browser, which defeats the purpose of the VPN when I am in a censored country. Definitely not renewing....개발자 답글

As for NordAccount, you should be able to access it even in countries with internet restrictions. If you're unable to or the login issues persist, please reach out to our customer support team for them to check on what could be causing the issue. -A.S.
