Hate and want to remove it but can't !

Not being able to add an exclusion? Really? Norton knows best, no exceptions? Well no thanks.

No safe search for Firefox

The plugin blocks all pages, files that deem a threat. You can not add exclusions. It only helps turn off or uninstalling. The user is treated as an idiot.

Sounds good in theory, however, the only website that I visit that it has blocked is the cloud based bookkeeping website that I use, which hI know is ultra safe because it is managed by one of Australia's professional accounting bodies, of which I am a Fellow. I have found no way to give approval for that website.

Fine protection for my PC and android. No complaints.

I want to get rid of it

Too nanny-ish. Adult content is blocked. Why? I am a responsible adult of 75 and dislike Norton's blocking of items it deems unsuitable.

La razón principal por la que he decidido desinstalar todo de esa marca es porque se le acusa de usar su software antivirus para minar ethereum, lo cual es inaudito en soluciones de seguridad. Por todo lo anterior a su complemento Safe Web no le puse 5 estrellas.
