How it works:
When you sell a skin on opnskin.com, the extension opens the Steam trade offer page, finds the right item in your inventory, and adds it to the trade. After you click "Make Offer", it monitors the trade status through the Steam API until completion.

Permissions explained:
- steam community/api access: read inventory and trade offer status
- opnskin.com access: communicate trade confirmations to the marketplace
- storage: save monitoring state between sessions
- alarms: periodic background polling (every 3 minutes)
