Explanation of new permission:

"Access browser tabs" is required to get the title of tabs, which is used for letting you know which tab you are about to restore.

Features:

Added a menu to the button (and a setting to revert to old behaviour).
Added functionality to restore a popup to a regular tab, this is accessed through the menu. The tab will be added to the window accessing the menu.

Known issues:

Tab title is not correct after restoring. This can be fixed by dragging the tab into another (or new) window, then back again.

Modified button behavior, now moves the active tab into a new popup.

Added context menu items to tabs and links, to move/open them in a popup.
Added options to toggle displaying menu items.
Added base localization for adding translations in the future.
