Fix the duplicated permissions message ("Accéder à vos données pour myges.fr") on the store.
(Cleaned the manifest.json)

Fix :
Now open a new tab on installation to ask the user to enable the right to "always access data of the html myges website page" for the extension.
This is only to redesign it with a new CSS.

Acces to myges data are now mandatory, because it was an additionnal feature, and the extension need to work automatically
