I've only used this twice, so I can't give a full thumbs up for it, but so far it has worked well, and it is fairly intuitive. I just need to learn more about what this is fully capable of doing.

i am not very tech smart. so when i saw this add-on for screenshot , at first i thought it would be just like the other ones i tried.. it definitely is not.. i can actually use this one with success.i have now recommended it to all my friends and family..

I paid full rate for the Snag-It/Camstasia Suite. Some sort of software glitch is preventing me from using either and I've got work to do. The take away is this. Triyng to create "full-page-screenshot"... Image has graphic issues where captured screens are pasted one over another. Scrolling for this - is very bad method. You should take full rendered page image from browser.

get it easy to use,One of the things i hated the most about printing is that i could not choose what i wanted to priny insted the printer conued up to the stupid,extra useless info and so wasting ink and paper with this, i have it excactly done like i like and that's great.

Used to love this one but has some issues now:

- doesn't always work.
Sometimes nothing happens (whether with selections or full pages) or it saves an empty - white - screen.

- saving is unclear and when you figure out (it's 3 tiny buttons in a sea of clutter), it has only an option to save to your default FF folder (which I and I think most long time users don't actually use, since you actually want to know and choose where you save something) and either nothing happens or it doesn't show up in the downloads and you have no idea where it went.
Or you can save to clipboard..which didn't work (a bug that you have to find out by clicking on another link).

There's also an unnecessary extra options/edit screen by default, with no option to directly save a screenshot (you first have to click out of the screen by clicking on 'done', before you get another screen with the option to save).

Everything now is so slow, unnecessarily cumbersome and cluttered.
Please improve, it's gotten so much worse over time :(
