Firefox 사용자 17903682 님, 2년 전I paid 45USD on 31 July 2023 for a premium account for 2 years. On 22 August I still have no access to my premium account. The support is pretty disappointing. I have been asked to provide details. After I sent the requested details several times I still receive emails asking me for details. I don't know what happens to my emails I have sent. I don't know what sort of details I should send in addition because the problem is quite simple: For unknown reasons 3 weeks later I still haven't access to my premium account.
