Important bug fixes

The add button has been removed. While adding a new item, users can now press the Enter key for the same effect.
While adding a new item, a check for duplicate keywords is also performed and duplicates are automatically removed.
A lot of UI improvements (Checked some margins and swapped some padding).

Multiple UI improvements

Sorted works with "Bookmarks Menu" and "Mobile Bookmarks" folders.
Bookmarks in these folders will be automatically moved if they match a tag.
A sorted folder can be moved into any of the two aforementioned folders and it will continue to work the same.
Accompanying all these changes are a lot of under the hood fixes and improvements.
