Speed can depend on machines, but black boxes tend to appear before one can read a website. Also note that curse words and pejorative words are treated as different. Eventually people will be able to black out the words they want.

For now the addon takes information from www.hatebase.org and puts a black box around the pejorative word. More specifically it takes all the words with an offensiveness more than 0.5 with a few exceptions so that websites don't slow down too much. If people are interested I intend to work on this so that eventually the addon can be an expert on hateful language online and make it easy for people to ignore and report hateful and oppressive language.
