Tuck is provided by Luminous Design Ltd. By installing or using the extension, you agree to these terms.

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Tuck on any devices you own. You may not redistribute, sublicence, or resell the extension or your licence key.

Tuck for Firefox is a one-time purchase activated with a licence key. Payment is processed by a third-party provider — we do not store payment details. 30-day refund policy: contact hoot@tuckyourtabs.com.

The extension is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee exact snooze timing (browser and system factors may cause minor delays) or that auto-closed tabs can always be fully restored. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.

All intellectual property remains with Luminous Design Ltd. We may terminate your licence if you breach these terms. Terms governed by Scottish law.
