Added detection for when the user mutes the tab, and prevent the extension from toggling mute.

Fixed the state handling, so that the extension can better detect when it's state is incorrect based on the last time an ad-impression was captured.

Also fixed an issue where some ad related events were not processed, due to a request containing more than one event.

Fixed issues with background message handling. Temporarily enabled additional debug logging until releases have stabilized.

The last release had issues with newer manifest V3 requirements. Refactored the background script to behave more like a Service Worker for an API.

Rebuilt the Extension so that it is more consistent with tracking Ads and muting/hiding them.

Improved show/hide logic for the video player when ads are playing, so that it's more consistent.
Improved the ad-detection on page-load, so that ads are muted/hidden sooner.

Contributor @kwyntes added the ability to visually hide the Twitch video player once ads start playing. Simple helper text will display in it's place while ads are playing. Once the Ads stop, the video player will re-appear and resume normal functionality.
