- Fixed VN items failing to load undetectedly because of a new error response from VNDB, this fix should also somewhat defend against new error responses in the future

- Now properly retries when failing to load a VN's page.
- Now stores a loaded page in local storage to reduce the load on VNDB servers.

- Fixed tooltip descriptions not appearing anymore because <br> usage on VNDB was changed to <br>. Now both cases should work properly.

- Added support for displaying custom user notes below the vn's description in the tooltip.
- Added limit in the tooltip for descriptions that are too long (i.e. Muv Luv Alternative, Dies Irae).

Set a minimum width for the entry container so that entry options don't get wrapped when there are too few entries currently being displayed.

- Added customization options on a per page basis, to control how each list looks.
- Changed VN entries to normal hyperlinks to users can choose how to open their pages.
