Added support for blocking a comment highlight in youtube shorts that seems to be in in a testing phase where when it appears, it blocks part of the already small video frame.

This update should reliably remove that "feature".

Added a menu that can be found via clicking the Declutterer logo in the top left right next to the youtube logo.

The menu contains a way to disable and re-enable the hidden features and a link to the github for the extension for suggestions or requests.

1.2 only worked for some videos as I used the wrong element. (Youtube has several sizing elements and I missed a few)
1.3 of this extension should function more reliably.
