Perihal ekstensi ini

This open source extension provides below essential features to JIRA:
1. Have Read-only mode so that you don't enter edit mode or update any content (i.e. title, status, description, assignee, etc.) accidentally. a quick pencil icon to enter/exit from read mode
2. When viewing History, show difference of description as a diff (think of Github unified diff view). This view makes it easy to spot what was added, updated and removed.
