    Add further customisation to the target power ranges. Can use a fixed value or custom percentage, for smaller or wider target ranges. Increasing the target range can be useful if you find it difficult to stay near the target power outdoors.

    Fixed zones should be somewhat similar to those described at https://support.wahoofitness.com/hc/en-us/articles/7671514838674-Wahoo-SYSTM-Outdoor-Structured-Workouts. Target + 10% is the previous behaviour, and can result in lots of short intervals.
