Webkit Fullscreen API support! Added detection for fullscreen mode and adjusted overlay positioning to ensure the filter works correctly when the document enters or exits fullscreen.

Lot's of internal changes an optimizations.
Each part of the popup has been reworked into individual components.
There has also been optimizations to the preview modes so they reset properly.
