Features:

Torn - Some quick info from Torn City, such as status, bars, cooldowns and recent events.

Future updates will include:
Notes - Simple notes
Remind me - Get a reminder notification
Ability to add and remove certain sections. For example, if you don't use Torn you can remove that section.

Added a simple calculator section
Added the ability to reorder sections in settings
Prevented torn.js from running, and thus making an API request, when the Torn section is disabled.
Made the dashboard code more modular

What I want to do next:
- Make the background load a bit earlier.
- Improve the settings loading and layout
- Improve the Add Pin look
