I noticed this extension causing rendering issues on a ton of websites that are not even news/journalism related. The biggest concern was the Bitwarden web app. This extension is snooping on every website you visit, and sending that information to who knows where. Thankfully, I caught it, but only because it was causing issues with how pages are rendered. I am paying for your service, so why do you need access to all of my browsing data? I have removed the extension now. I completely lost all trust in it.

- Vurdert til 1 ut av 5av Car Moda, 7 måneder sidenif this service is supposed to identify bias, then it's a huge fail. they also seem to be uninterested in correcting errors. it's certainly not worth paying for in my opinion.

- Vurdert til 1 ut av 5av Dayton, 9 måneder sidenRendered my browser unusable when I was on journalism websites, furthermore, should work on a whitelist without the need to get all my browsing data.
- Vurdert til 1 ut av 5av PxbVic, 10 måneder sidenThis is a great concept I really like it, but it thrashed the CPU at 100% while running on any web site, I had to uninstall it for this reason... I was going to get a subscription, but the CPU thrashing is too much...

- Vurdert til 1 ut av 5av Mike Walsh, ett år sidenThis extension sends every url you visit back to ground news. This is far too broad. As far as I can tell, they don't state whether these requests are stored and for how long. They seem to have implemented some sort of a black list in the extension, but it really should work as a whitelist instead. Their list of sources can't be that large.

- Vurdert til 2 ut av 5av RokeJulianLockhart, 2 år sidenBy default, I am unable to log in to the extension despite being authenticated via the browser. You have to manually enable "Access your data for https://extension.ground.news" in about:addons.
- Vurdert til 1 ut av 5av Lightspill, 2 år sidenThis extension may be well-intentioned, but it is a serious violation of trust and privacy. We verified that whenever we accessed a URL even on a personal server, a second request from an AWS instance would follow for the same resource. This is way, way, way inappropriate. And far worse than anything I would have expected given the stated purpose.

- Vurdert til 1 ut av 5av Juliana, 2 år sidenI love the site, but this extension is SO BUGGY! I can't save citation, the top bar when I open a news site doesn't recognize I'm logged in already. Horrible.

- Vurdert til 1 ut av 5av Firefox-bruker 17912944, 2 år sidenAccess to the website requires download of an add-on to my browser. Warning label says they will have access to all my browsing data if I download and use it. NO WAY WILL I ALLOW THAT. I am looking for a way to cancel my subscription, but their web address comes back 401. Not a good sign.
- Vurdert til 1 ut av 5av lightz0, 3 år sidenYeah I like ground news as an idea but the small percentage of users cursed to read Terms of Service agreements I also take issue with the over-reach here. Good idea, well designed layout, no you cant have all my data and expect me to pay for it.
