The site provides valuable information and is a tool well worth having. The program overall is very good at assisting the user in knowing what to expect and to avoid sites which may pose a hazard to their system. That in itself makes it worth having, thus the highest rating as the loss of critical data before backup, can be destructive and though backup is usually done minimally on a daily basis, the loss of data in the short term can cause quite a bit of harm to the machine, the business and the matter at hand.

    Since it's not mentioned anywhere else, this is a freemium app. I dunno what features are missing behind the paywall. Or how much it costs? "Plugin key is only available for Premium members"
    I'm unable to find a price anywhere else, and I'm def not clicking the ref link just to find out 🤣🤣🤣

    Die Erweiterung ist sehr gut. Für Webentwickler gibt aber ein Problem! Wenn man einer Website über einen "hosts"-Eintrag eine andere IP-Adresse gibt, um sie zu testen bevor man sie im DNS aktiviert, zeigt die Erweiterung *nicht die IP-Adresse an, auf der man sich befindet*, sondern die Adresse, die *im DNS* steht. Für Webentwickler ist das höchst verwirrend.
    The extension is very good. But there is a problem for web developers! If you give a website a different IP address via a "hosts" entry to test it before activating it in the DNS, the extension *does not show the IP address you are on*, but the address that is *in the DNS*. This is highly confusing for web developers.

    this does not show the current IP address but makes a nslookup for the domain name. the dnslytics information is interesting, but to me the name and description is wrong/misleading

    Seems not to work any more. It displays only my one IP-adress. Does not show up in the context-menu of any tab. ff100.0.2, win10 21H2 build 19044.1706

    Does not seem to work anymore as of FF 85 . Click a tab and all it does is spin. Shame, seems to be the only tool of its kind at present. Or at least without having to open a developer window.

    Note: it did work fine when i first installed it (2019?)
