It is sad that the add-on is no longer open source and does not make transparent what is read and transmitted to the server. Complete regression.

Our privacy policy at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/languagetool/privacy/ describes what is transferred to the servers. This is also linked in the add-on description and in the onboarding process during installation.
