Firefox Multi-Account Containers av Firefox

av colby_cheese, 8 år sidenThis is a great start. A few small changes would make a big difference. If there was a way to set one container as the default where all new tabs (unless specified otherwise) went into that container, that would be great. Most of my tabs are work, so it would be nice to have that be the default one.
Also, I'd like it to automatically reset a tab to a certain container like it does to facebook, just by what site I went to. For example, I'd like that same functionality for facebook to apply to Twitter, Pinterest, and other social media. If there was a way to integrate sites that are saved as bookmarks with containers, that might be a great way to do it.
Keep up the good work on privacy. You're the only group that seems to be doing it.

With the account sync, containers are also remembered across different computers as well, so I don't have to set up the containers on every new laptop or reinstall of firefox. Sometimes I mistakenly open a website in the wrong container because I don't always map every single website to a container, but most of the time it's a non-issue.
I'm surprised this is still an add-on and not a core Firefox feature. - Vurdert til 1 ut av 5av Firefox-bruker 18184964, 8 dager sidenIt doesn't work for me. I cannot create a container where I am logged into Google and simultaneously a container where I'm not logged in.

For me, the only thing missing is the ability to have “private browsing” containers and a way to always open in a container, for example when editing a bookmark. - Vurdert til 1 ut av 5av Firefox-bruker 19794127, 12 dager siden
