Thanks a lot for your comment, it helps a lot to improve the add-on. I updated it with better detection algorithm and it should not disturb navigation in major websites anymore.
About search engines, they cannot be considered as safe since their "image" section is clearly a way to reach adult content. I will check if I can make it more accurate.
