- Vurdert til 1 ut av 5av Koiebe, 11 dager sidenNB! DO NOT USE THIS GARBAGE OF an addon. Yesterday received some update and today months of work is gone forever - no DB backup no nothing! It is not coded well at all!
I DID not refreshed my Firefox, neither did some kind of cleaning of the browser or Windows whatsoever.
What a f%#king shame !!!
I do not see any reason why is recommended app by Firefox, when I read that clearly I'm not the only one affected.
And please developers, don't say it is Firefox fault. It is not the only add-on we use. You can read firefox code, and fix your own!Utviklerrespons
postet 2 dager sidenHi, I'm sorry you lost your tabs.
What happened was not a bug in OneTab. Firefox profiles can become corrupted, and then there is nothing we can do on our end.
The solution is to either ensure that your regular backup software (that keeps your files safe) also backs up your Firefox profile folder, or to use our upcoming encrypted cloud sync and backup feature. - Vurdert til 5 ut av 5av Firefox-bruker 14615850, 20 dager siden

postet én måned sidenHi, I'm sorry this happened. It's definitely not a bug in our code, though. Something is wiping Firefox's internal storage - it's pretty much impossible for us to accidentally write code that would suddenly just wipe the entire contents of the storage and then delete the entire OneTab database after that.
Some "privacy cleaner" software will wipe Firefox data, or it could have been a crash causing a disk write error that corrupted the storage areas. Firefox's "Refresh" feature also wipes clean the extension storage. Being low on disk space when the browser is trying to write to its databases can also cause corruption. - Vurdert til 5 ut av 5av Rio Chandra, én måned sidenI love this. It restore my RAM instantly (because all tabs are closed and save the link). Web version is easy to use, instant response, drag-n-drop everywhere. I suggest add Ctrl+z (cmd+z) to undo previous action (if user accidently delete link. Also I suggest add right-click action to directory for easy quick-action.
Overall, I love it. thank you for you all effort.Utviklerrespons
postet én måned sidenThanks, Rio :) We'll be implementing an undo feature in the future, especially to be able to undo move operations. Please also contact us at one-tab.com/feedback as we'd love to get more detail on the quick actions you're referring to so we can ensure we're building the right thing. - Vurdert til 1 ut av 5av Firefox-bruker 15161687, én måned sidenStill having catastrophic data loss every few months. Been this way for years. Garbage

- Vurdert til 5 ut av 5av sdfds, én måned sidenit worked very well for me till some of the last updates, now when I open it via context menu the tab appears as the pinned leftmost one, and I have to perform a few additional clicks to unpin it and place as the rightmost one, where I usually need it. I just hope the developers will return the usual behavior of this function. All the rest features work well for my needs, thank you guys!

postet 2 måneder sidenHi, do you remember recently being asked if you want to "Refresh Firefox"? This is a prompt shown to you when you upgrade to a new Firefox version (there is a new Firefox version released every month). This feature, confusingly, wipes clean all add-on storage including OneTab's storage. If Firefox ever gets a disk corruption, that could also cause data loss.
I'm very sorry this happened to you. We're working on cloud sync so in the future this can't happen. - Vurdert til 2 ut av 5av What???, 2 måneder sidenI have same problem with this extension as other users where it would randomly wipe out my tabs. I noticed this on Chrome too.

postet 3 måneder sidenHi, the Zen browser's extension API does not have full compatibility with Firefox extensions unfortunately. Many extensions won't work with it. We hope they will improve compatibility with Firefox. - Vurdert til 5 ut av 5av paw, 3 måneder sidentalk about Quality Of Life as an extension!! wow i love it
