postet 5 måneder sidenThank you for the kind words :) I just released v2.0.0 which was an entire re-write of the extension. Your browser should automatically update it within a day or so - Vurdert til 5 ut av 5av al3ph, 9 måneder siden

postet 5 måneder sidenMozilla just approved PortAuthority v2.0.0 which has persistent settings and added the whitelist (gear icon). Enjoy! - Vurdert til 5 ut av 5av Seän "frostbyte" Shepherd, ett år siden
- Vurdert til 3 ut av 5av Brother Charles, ett år sidenThank you, ACK-J - this little extension works well. However, I've only rated it 3 stars because sometimes it proves to be a somewhat counter-productive annoyance. This plugin really, really needs a "whitelisting" option. For example, I can't log in and use box(dot)com and a couple of other sites/services that I use to backup my files online, unless I remember to temporarily disable 'Port Authority'. Please add a whitelisting option - that will make it a fully 5 star extension.

postet 5 måneder sidenThank you for the feedback, Mozilla just approved PortAuthority v2.0.0 which added the whitelist (gear icon). Enjoy! - Vurdert til 5 ut av 5av Edward, 2 år sidenWorks good! I didn't know so many websites tried to scan my local network O_o
- Vurdert til 4 ut av 5av Kbabknight, 2 år sidenI'm happy with this extension! However, the extension doesn't remember my choice to turn off notifications, so whenever I restart my browser it turns on again by default. Once this gets fixed, I'll give it 5 stars :)

Enjoy! - Vurdert til 5 ut av 5av aniline, 2 år sidenOutdated: Notifications can't be disabled either globally or for individual sites. They re-enable themselves after the browser is restarted.

- Vurdert til 5 ut av 5av Zapfenzieher, 2 år sidenWorks brilliantly! (Almost too well, sometimes; I want to allow my bank to port-scan me and I see from the code that I should be able to whitelist a domain but I don't see how. Better all than none, though.)
[edited to add: just saw the release notes for v1.1.4 regarding temporary reversion. Got it.]Utviklerrespons

postet 3 år sidenHey, I just pushed an update that fixes this issue. Hope this helps! - Vurdert til 4 ut av 5av Firefox-bruker 15028866, 3 år sidenI like this extension for browsing the web, but when I launch jupyter notebooks from the terminal, I have to disable this addon so it will redirect to the localhost port properly. It would be nice to have a way to add per-site exceptions, or an exception for localhost in general.
