Optimized for Stories where it can use the work_start field as a baseline (including a toggle). For all other items, and if there is no work_start, it uses the creation date.
Release Notes v1.4: - New toggle "Use Actual Start Date" - Age badge shows if it's the actual age, the WIP Age (based on work_start), or the Cycle Time (for completed items).
