Upgrading your Firefox browser to Firefox Quantum automatically removes old add-ons that are incompatible with the new version of Firefox. This is not an issue that is caused by ZenMate, but by upgrading your browser. Thank you for your feedback. When signing up for ZenMate all our users get a 7 day free trial after which they drop to our free tier unless ZenMate Premium is purchased.

The free tier offers you the same protection for Firefox, Chrome, and Opera with reduced features, whereas Premium offers you complete protection for your browser, mobile, and PC with all features, which is what you have access to during your trial period as well :)

Natürlich haben wir an allen Standorten mehrere redundante Proxys verfügbar. Und sollten wirklich alle ausfallen, wird automatisch auf einen anderen Standort umgeschaltet, so dass der Service immer verfügbar ist.
