I bought PAID subscription for ZenMate VPN couple years ago and now ZenMate and CyberGhost VPN is united. My subscription is still active but now both the ZenMate and CyberGhost plugins for Firefox work only with FREE features and DO NOT ALLOW TO LOGIN to my account to use my PAID account features.

Before everything worked, but for the last half a year vpn does not work. neither in muzzle nor in google chrome ... do something already

The little shield inside the cyrcle (the connect button) is not loading. I try to click on it but it's like i'm clicking on a blank space. And nothing happens. 🤷‍♀️

After enabling this plugin any website becomes unavailable. Possible it`s not add-on`s fail, but our country government`s fight with VPN services. Anyway - add-on doesn't work.

Connection keeps interrupting, making longer requests fail all the time.

I PAID for the addon subscription for 1 year and I cannot access my account. I have sent them about 5 emails through their website, email address and even their partner address and they keep ignoring me. It has already been more than 2 weeks since I tried contacting them! Worst support at all. It is a scam, it used to work well but it often doesnt have servers anymore.
