    Constant pop ups from AD Blocker itself to pay $$$. I got an adblocker to AVOID pop ups. Kinda ironic!

    Why would an ad blocker require access to "my data across ALL websites"? Beats me. If that changes, I might reconsider. Peace.

    Ad blockers first block a site's requests to download ads, then hide the ones that can't be blocked. To do that, the extension needs to see every page you open so that AdBlock can work on every page you visit. It also needs to find unblocked ads and change the data on the page by adding code to hide unblocked ads. — Kat C., AdBlock Support

    Has not blocked advertising on YouTube for about 6 days. On the contrary, it automatically switches on that advertising is allowed on YT.Although I have clearly set to block them

    When we detect YouTube's anti-adblocking warning, we will automatically pause AdBlock so you can continue watching without disruption. The pause is temporary, so if you leave YouTube and return later, it will remain unpaused until the warning is detected again. We believe YouTube will only attempt to show you the wall for a day or two, and then we can go back to blocking ads as normal. — Kat C., AdBlock Support

    Don't block ads on YouTube any more. Just add feature which you can't disable. Turn it on without warning or something like that. Sold out to Google. Ok, find a new one.

    We are working to find a way around this issue. Twitch has a large, well-funded team focused on finding ways around our blocks. At the same time, we are working against similar teams at YouTube and Facebook, not to mention the many other sites where we are successfully blocking ads.     It is difficult for any ad blocker to block ads on Twitch. Since Twitch ads are inserted directly into the video stream, ad blockers must “race” to block ads on Twitch streams before the site can download them. This means that while AdBlock does block Twitch ads, we may not be able to catch every single ad before you see it. If you see occasional unblocked ads on Twitch while using AdBlock, a simple page refresh should eliminate them. — Kat C., AdBlock Support

    So so so frustrating that AdBlock comes with spam these days. Every day, Adblock opens a New Tab requesting that I pay to upgrade to "premium Adblock"...whatever that nonsense is. This behavior only began roughly 1-2 years ago, when Adblock started going downhill. The straw that broke the camel's back tho was that Adblock recently decided to hide the "Block something on this page" button—the only feature that I ever really valued. So, reader, do yourself a favor: skip Adblock & just stick with **uBlock Origin**... it's free, zero spam, & vastly better performance.

    The update page which provides the option to upgrade to Premium should only show once per browser/device when we release an update to the extension.
