Fixes and improvements since 1.0.3:
- Auto-recovers from Azure DevOps' intermittent "500 - Something went wrong!" sign-in error: retries the sign-in and, if needed, clears the stale session via sign-out and returns you to the page you were opening
- The slim sidebar and its floating toggle now hide in ADO's full-screen mode (e.g. the pull request diff zoom view)
- No longer replaces ADO's own Project Settings navigation on _settings pages
- Fixed Boards and repository links on multi-team and repo-less projects

Version 1.0.3 (changes since 1.0.0)

• New: a "PRs awaiting your review" badge on the Pull requests item, scoped to the current repository.
• Boards link now works on projects that have multiple teams (previously it could open an error page on projects with no single default team).
• Repository links (Files, Branches, Commits, Pull requests) now work on projects whose default repository is not named after the project, and degrade gracefully on projects that have no repositories.
• The sidebar no longer appears on dev.azure.com REST API (_apis) routes.
• Fixed icon rendering on the Overview hub.
