This Privacy Policy explains how Browmi collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Browmi website, create an account, connect the extension, or enable cloud save.

2 Data we collect

No data is collected if you do not have an account and synchronized with cloud.
Account data such as your email address, password hash, verification state, and authenticated sessions.
Game and cloud-save data such as Browmon progression, inventory, premium wallet state, snapshots, and sync metadata required to restore your profile.
Device and security data such as linked devices, refresh tokens, audit events, and actions needed to secure access.
Payment metadata when premium checkout is used, including transaction identifiers and purchase confirmations. Browmi does not store card numbers.

3 How we use data

Create and manage your Browmi account.
Provide cloud save, device linking, premium entitlements, and account recovery.
Send transactional emails such as verification and password reset messages.
Detect abuse, secure the service, and investigate incidents.


4 Third-party services

Browmi may rely on third-party providers for infrastructure, email delivery, database hosting, and payment processing. In the current product stack, this may include Resend for transactional email and Stripe for premium payments when those integrations are enabled.

5 Retention

Account, entitlement, and cloud-save records are retained for as long as they are needed to operate the service and restore your profile. Security logs and support-related records may be kept longer when required to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

6 Security

Browmi uses server-side authentication, signed tokens, short-lived verification links, and restricted backend access to protect user data. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but Browmi is designed to minimize unnecessary exposure of personal and gameplay data.

7 Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data associated with your Browmi account, subject to security, fraud-prevention, and legal retention requirements.

8 Cookies and local storage

The Browmi website uses essential session cookies and locale preferences to keep you signed in and display the appropriate language. The extension also stores local gameplay data and settings inside your browser profile until cloud save is enabled or data is removed.
