Works as described right out of the box. I find this approach preferable over having to find and click a button.

I checked the source code for version 1.0.2 and it looks benign. It seems to do the sensible thing (look for rel=next and ARIA roles), but unfortunately doesn't work on sites (such as Koinly) that rely on event handlers rather than URLs to navigate to the next page.
