11th Oct. 2024 update: the extension now works on IMDB, but it takes a few seconds before hiding the rating, so you have to keep your gaze away from the screen at first or you'll end up seeing the rating.Antwoord van ontwikkelaar

On book pages on Goodreads the rating isn't hidden at all. It doesn't hide IMDb ratings on movie pages either. Edit: Interesting result — if I am simultaneously running "Goodreads Review Shield for Authors", the ratings on book pages are successfully hidden. (However it often takes several seconds.)
