Maddeningly bad, constantly stops working. In fact, I've never gotten it to work for more than a month without it losing connection. Then I'll have to spend an hour trying to reconnect over and over, pulling out my hair while all of the Apple instructions don't work at all. Then, randomly, it will reconnect and I will get it to sync for a few days.
Lame.
