Thank you for your review! The memory leak issue was something across all browsers and was due to a recent feature that was added in v1.8.1 which caused this whole mess. Last night, I finally got to uploading the latest update that fixes this issue, which just disables the feature causing the performance dip. Unsure how a could of event listeners totally mess up a site like YouTube, but whatever.
