I have just released a new version. In addition to other changes, YouTooltip now works on Youtube

Keep in mind that Youtube's site is incredibly wonky. The normal browser tooltips may not show on titles if they have their own tooltip (however, you can change the display mode to deal with this), the popup will be next to useless on Youtube, and the statistics will rack up a huge number of tooltips added very quickly.
