Before Leechblock I would get up, have coffee, and keep going on Facebook, Reddit, Digg, Quora; arguing politics and talking about whatever. I'd try to work, but I'd keep coming up with excuses to distract myself "for just a minute" with these websites. Then I'd go to bed at three in the morning and wonder why I just couldn't seem to get to work.
I told myself I could quit any time I liked. You know, like any other addict. I told myself that for fifteen years.
Within four weeks using Leechblock to get off the social media dopamine drip, I'm actually working, getting things done, and feeling good for a change. I can focus!

Можно выставить как время блокировки (по дням, в час, в неделю итп) как и задать общий максимум времени на определенных сайтах и их дочерних страницах.
Из особо приятного - можно удобно прописать исключения. Нпр. поставить блок на ютуб и все ссылки с него, но исключение ваш любимый канал с йогой или аудиокнигами

- Vurdering: 5 av 5av Livarevie, ein månad sidanIt is pretty good! It does what it says it does and it's very easy to use once you understand it. My favourite part is how you can block a site but make only a specific part of the site unblocked. It does allow a lot of options. :>
