I expected this to redirect me after I've chosen a video on youtube but instead it just doesn't allow me to go on youtube at all. How am I supposed to even find videos anymore this way?

Does exactly what it's supposed to! But since the redirect also fires when you're actively trying to redirect *away* from yewtube back to normal youtube (such as when the yewtube-version is broken, as is often the case), this extension makes it impossible, rendering itself rather useless.
