(At least using the MySessions add-on. Not sure about the built in FF session restore. But as that is not reliable, I need an additional add-on. May also be that MySessions is crap, will probably try something else here. That's why it's still 3 stars.). This worked with the old FireTitle and the session manager plugins I was using, the Mozilla has chosen to break :(
Don't show separator if there is no title set. - Vurdering: 5 av 5av Firefox user 13270182, 7 år sidanSo far so good, but it has only been half a day so far. If you could change the Mac shortcut to something that doens't trigger Preferences, it would be perfect!

Howver, letting the Mac variant default to cmd+, (since cmd+; apparently isn't assignable?) is bad and should have been replaced by almost anything else, namely a setting to allow the USER to pick. But the worst shortcoming seems to be that it doesn't save your window titles upon closing Firefox! So when you restart, you have a bunch of windows with the same default names, making it useless. And it can be a pain to go through them all and re-set them properly. Please find a way to store the windows names if FF closes or crashes!

posta 7 år sidanHi, thank you for your comment. I tried to fix the "names forgotten after closing firefox" bug. However, since I can't reproduce it, I'm not sure it is. Could you try again and tell me? Thanks. - Vurdering: 5 av 5av zakius, 7 år sidanI hope that mozilla will see how much pain they are causing by their artificial limitations and admit the shutdown was rushed
- Vurdering: 3 av 5av Rogério, 8 år sidanIt does not work yet, but I'm waiting...
Please, could you at least fix the shortcut to preferences? In mac, COMMAND+, is the system wide Application Preferences. You shouldn't use it for Crappy Firetitle. It broke the Firefox Preferences...Svar frå utviklaren
posta 7 år sidanAw, sorry for the bad shortcut (and the long delay). It seems that Command+; is available in new versions of the API. I'll revert back the shortcut to Command+; in version 0.1.8. - Vurdering: 5 av 5av Martin 'Betlista' Šuška, 8 år sidan

- Vurdering: 5 av 5av Tom Davey, 8 år sidanThank you for porting FireTitle to the Web Extension API. I keep multiple windows (and even profiles) open simultaneously. FireTitle is indispensable for keeping them logically organized and easy to find.
I hope the Web Extension API will improve so that you can make FireTitle even better. Thanks again! - Vurdering: 4 av 5av Diego Caravana, 8 år sidanSimple and effective way to get rid of Panorama/Tab Groups and use the real thing i.e. windows.
5 starts with more polished UI and icon. :) - Vurdering: 5 av 5av Firefox user 13401446, 8 år sidanCant express how grateful I am for this add-on. I have left chrome just because we have this add-on in firefox. Many thanks.

Now my web browsing Firefox says "Web ...", while my documentation windows say "Doc ..." and my banking windows say "Bank ...". - Vurdering: 5 av 5av arich, 8 år sidanYay, I can be productive at work again! I've spent weeks not being able to find anything without FireTitle since Firefox 57 hit Nightly.

Edit: imagine more than five, for casting a rainbow above pink poop.
Long live 56!
