Well, I just came by so that i could say I do truly wish and hope it's a very fun, good, happy time of day/night. Plus, beyond with all of, my mind, heart, soul, and everything else of myself, I do really wish to see you happy. I'm so happy.with the addon/webapp . so im here to fully express and show my gratefulness to this web app and its dev who came up with it so we can possibly ever run. it in the first place i just love what is done all just for all the many of us who may need it from all the different nations will be using in in millions its much more than just good it's great,if I'm honest. i cant use a pc browser if i dont have it im sure it can run on firefox mobile and its different variants based on it which means it could get mozillas attention.and will probably add it on the list of few supported addons which its not few as most will run on firefox mobile and likewise apps your web is also unique as most users had wished for a web app just like it with the concept of replacing any built in native player of a site and especially on, YouTube. Since it has rules and laws,a nothing else can do all this non ever can replace a site's built in player and muchless if its youtube anything else just runs videos if its downloaded only by uploading it with a add on than run videos on a site directly but all i wish for is it if it could always be active always run unless or untill you ever turn it off im sure it has a filter list which lets you add sites you always want it running on but it is not dependable for me and try to make it not stutery if on youtube it must be a bad/too much latency thing if i can tell i think it only has stutering which is a problems but anything can be fixed with the power of a update and i prefer you naming it quick-stream so it can show respect to windows quicktime player a media/video file playing app from in the days

Качество видео не всегда можно поставить, даже если принудительно выстовить 1080р, всё равно видео может работать в качестве ниже. Я не понял как выбрать озвучку (аудиодорожку), или же ещё нет такого функционала. На некоторых сайтах расширение вообще не работает. И к предыдущему пункту скажу, что расширение не перехватывает плеер Kodik. Надеюсь, что в скором времени расширение станет ещё лучше

Die Beschreibung ist missverständich, denn das Addon lässt das Buffern nicht weg - das würde alles nur deutlich verschlimmern. Stattdessen sorgt es nur dafür, dass der Buffer nicht erst 5-10s betragen muss, damit das Video fortgesetzt werden kann. Deshalb kommt es bei ausgelasteter Leitung seltener zu Rucklern.

Man muss FastStream aktivieren und dann den passenden Stream auswählen, sonst wird womöglich eine zu hohe Qualität gewählt und es kommt mit dem Laden gar nicht hinterher...

Es ist ein guter Video Player, allerdings wäre es schön, wenn man alle Stufen im Menü Videoqualität anzeigen würde, statt manchmal die verschiedenen Quellen wechseln zu müssen.

Was mich allerdings am meisten stört, ist der Soundbereich. Wie deaktiviere ich die Audioeinstellungen komplett und nutze den Standard?

The pre-downloading feature helped me a lot especially with my country that has a very slow internet speed. It is one of my necessary extensions now, highly recommend trying this extension.

This addon is amazing. Fast or slow internet, open a webpage with a video, press the button and you get the best video player with so many options. It is imperative to try with any streaming site, also great if you want to share your screen to a tv. Open Subtitle support is amazing, allowing me to watch Jackie Chan movies with actually good subs. Thank you!

I have a fast internet connection, but have regular buffering problems on various movie streaming sites (some sites worse than others), even in the latest Firefox 146. Tried all the about:config tweaks, disabling extensions, etc etc. but nothing worked. The problem was instantly resolved with this extension. It also instantly resolved a persistent audio sync problem, even in netflix. Lip sync is absolutely perfect now. Can't get it to work properly on youtube, or at least its buggy, and I couldn't be bothered figuring out why, because i never have problems streaming youtube videos, even at ridiculous speeds (I use youtube enhancer).
One recommendation: by default, fastStream is set to "predownload the entire video in the background if possible". I think this is overkill, the extension works so well, you can easily turn this option off, with this option off it preloads movies about 4-5 minutes ahead, which is more than enough.

I love this addon, it's truly cream of the crop. I have iffy internet, I love the peace of mind knowing that I will be able to finish a video if I experience an outage.

There are also many other features that I've gotten lots of use out of, and the customizable hotkeys have made it easy to use.

Does not work for youtube anymore, need for fix update!

Wow... I normally don't write reviews, but this addon blows my mind. I was already happy with the streaming boost it delivers on every streaming site. But then I pressed the audio button... What the hell, a completely free, working equalizer.... Damn this thing delivers!

Youtube keeps breaking it, but it's not the extension's fault. Still annoying, but works very well when it's fixed.

Warning. After having issues with the player filed a bug report. I did this as I wanted to aid the developer with fixing issues with the player as it is a free addon. However after jumping through hoops to assist Andrew, I have come to the conclusion that he is very incompetent, and lacking. This does not bode well for FastStream.
