after having the speed dials can you make it to move the speed dials?

Hello :)

Sure you can, watch my introduction video to see main features, including drag and drop:

Just make sure you don't have "Super-speed" feature active, in that case you need to hold "Shift" or "Ctrl" key to drag and drop dials.
