Does what it said on the hood, it scrolls the comments that contain timestamps on the video niconico style.

My only real issue with it is the low (or at least, mismatched from the video) framerate of the scrolling comments as they tend to pull my eyes away from the video, but that's more of a me problem.

Edit: Got used to it, now I cant not watch without it. Keep it pinned for quick toggling however, sometimes there's too many comments that you can barely see.
