    I need a tutorial (or similar) on how to start. How do I get login info when I first go to a website that requires a password etc to sign in.
    I have never received info on how to "start from scratch". I have all t he advanced features but they mean nothing to me because I don't know what they're talking about. I am at below kindergarten level so I need you to please work with me. Thank you, Alexandra

    When prompting which credentials to push into a form, the usernames aren't in alphabetical order, nor is there a search function. This is awful for stuff like "localhost" where a dev might have dozens of accounts for a domain. Also the credential selector cannot be moved and most times covers other content.

    Frequently has problems with extensions such as dark reader, requires a new verification every session, long loading times. The bad implementation in Firefox drove me away from this otherwise good password manager

    Kein Icon des Add-ons bei Firefox in die Schnellzugriffsleiste ablegbar.
    Es erfolgt kein automatisches Ausfüllen von Log-in-Feldern.
    Ich muss Log-in und Passwort manuell kopieren.
    Eine echte Verschlechterung gegenüber dem alten Add-on.

    Antwort auf die Frage des Entwicklers:
    Die automatische Vervollständigung funktioniert überhaupt nicht!

    Nordpass fordert permanent auf, eine neue Erweiterung zu installieren, da die alte nicht mehr unterstützt wird. Aber die Links führen nur in die Irre!

    What a disappointment! I chose it because it was supposed to be easy but I've never encountered a program that so effectively prevented me from logging into it or any other. It is the opposite of a Password Manager!

    I have no idea what I am supposed to do on this Firefox Add-Ons page.
    It is a most ill-written page of instruction.
    The page that sent me here is now locked and I am unable to get to or find an end/exit button.
    I am beginning to regret buying NordVPN.

    Absolute ridiculous, untested software. There wasn't a stable version of this extension for the past 6 months.

    In version 5.18.7, the extension fails to authenticate the user

    Autofill does NOT work. Whole reason I have this extension is for that but does not work. Have to manually go in and copy/paste. Been broken too for a long time so idk if Nord is going to bother fixing it.

    Hey Mark, I'm Dominik and I work as Product Manager at NordPass. We are crafting plan to massively fix issues with autofill at once for repetitive errors through machine learning techniques, but at the same time we're still investigating errors website by website.

    Please let me know on which sites do you face the problem most often. Also, please ensure that you have given NordPass a permission to automatically fill the data by right clicking on the extension logotype in the Firefox browser and selecting "Manage extension" from the dropdown list.

    On the other hand, directly in the NordPass application settings (not settings of Firefox store) that are hidden under the gear icon you can find section for Autofill & Autosave functionalities. Please double check how they are set - if you haven't blocked autofill for certain websites and if instant login option is turned on to make your experience way, way more comfortable.

    Necessary add-on just to view passwords (not possible without). Requests access to all website data. Ridiculous.

    Hi there, I am Dominik and I am responsible for user experience in NordPass. Permission we ask for is the industry standard and it is necessary in every browser, so extension can use the data you saved in it for autofill purposes. We are zero knowledge company and your information is thoroughly encrypted - only you, through the Master Password, can decrypt it and then view or copy. If you have any other concerns, do not hesitate to leave them. :)

    I'm using this plugin to do one thing, and one thing only - to autofill my login creds on stored websites. It doesn't do that.
    Currently I have to either manually open the plugin and copy/paste the login and password, or do the same with the desktop app.
    What is the point of having a browser plugin if it doesn't offer basic functionality?

    Hello, please ensure you gave NordPass a permission to copy and autofill the data. It can be done in application settings in browser store. Also, please remember about setting autofill & autosave options in your own style directly inside NordPass application - they can be found under gear icon. Cheers!
