Now I'm getting used to old reddit, the "modernized" version and it works well.
Would it be possible to add the lower contrast version to it? (I mean similiar text-background colors to now discarded new.reddit) Thanks!

I'm happy you like the modernised version of old.reddit, I'll revisit it soon with some more improvements. I can start adding more style options for old reddit so you can pick whatever colours you want.
