However, like Yandex Browser, Whale Browser, Edge Browser, and Vivaldi Browser, closing and opening the window does not keep the content displayed. - Vurdering: 5 av 5av sjmur, 10 månader sidan

There should be the ability to go forward/back within the sideview. Either with mouse buttons, gestures, or with dedication navigation buttons in the panel. As is, I'll open a tech blog pick out an article and then have to navigate back to the homepage and find where I was in the feed again, sometimes scrolling through multiple pages since I cant just go back.
It should also persist like an open tab. I often close and reopen it and don't want to load the page each time. Especially if I am using something like ChatGPT to have an ongoing conversation. I either need to keep the side view open the entire time even If i don't need it right then, or re-navigate to the previous conversation (which if thankfully remembers)
I would also like a keyboard shortcut to open the sideview. Perhaps there is one that I haven't found documented. It would be nice to be able to open it with gestures (I'm using Gesturefy)
I would also prefer that I could just add a site from within the sideview and save it there. Instead you have to open it in a tab, and then use the sideview button to also open it in sideview, and once you've done that you can open your 3 most recent pages. I have 5 or 6 pages I would like to quickly open in sideview, but you cant currently do that.
Seems like a good start, but is missing a lot of functionality. - Vurdering: 4 av 5av Firefox user 18177036, eit år sidanVery good but using it with pinterest breaks the site
- Vurdering: 2 av 5av Alien45, eit år sidanI don't like the look of the extension and I can't find my tabs.
1. I cannot see the recent tabs section, so it's hard to find my current tab in the list of tabs. (I have many tabs)
2. The tabs are in arbitrary order. They are not in the same order as in my tab bar and they are not sorted by the time they were last used.
3. The extension has no dark mode.
4. The context menu icon doesn't adapt to the Firefox' dark mode. It's a black icon on a dark background. - Vurdering: 5 av 5av Cyp, eit år sidan

Meet works in Private Browsing, so after disabling add-ons one-by-one, it was this and only this extension that affected Meet.
Shame, because I use Meet more than I used this useful extension, so this had to go :-( - Vurdering: 2 av 5av seawolf, eit år sidanThis extension definitely breaks Google Meet.

Also, would love to see the view to be resizable for 50:50 split. - Vurdering: 5 av 5av Emily Valenzuela, eit år sidan

- Vurdering: 4 av 5av Ioanna, eit år sidanUnfortunately disabled because since mid of June stopped google meet from loading showing a "redirection error" message.
- Vurdering: 2 av 5av Risket, eit år sidanDecent idea but it doesn't let you full go half and half, it only works as a small sidebar. This also caused an issue with YouTube Music where the music would pause as soon as the YT Music tab lost focus. Even if I wasn't actively using the Side View, my music would pause as soon as I moved to a different tab. So I couldn't have music playing in the background while I do other things.

I'd given it 5 stars if it had more options, like the option to specify shortcuts to different pages or setting a default page to load in it at startup. - Vurdering: 5 av 5av Firefox user 18416970, eit år sidan

- Vurdering: 3 av 5av Chris Hayes, eit år sidanSeems like a neat idea; however, it's clunky for anyone that puts their tabs in the sidebar since you can only show one or the other at a time, not both.
