This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the SourceBreaker for the Firefox extension, why we collect it, and how we handle it.
Authentication
You are required to have a user account in order to use the SourceBreaker Firefox extension. We updated our functionality of the authentication, so now we use Auth0 for secure authentication.
User setting storage
We store only the JWT token in your browser. And nothing else.
The Data We Collect
We collect the your data only if:
- You are a customer or a supplier of ours (or are interested in becoming so).
- You use our products or services.
- You work for a customer or a supplier of ours, or for someone who uses our products or services.
- You are someone (or you work for someone) to whom we want to advertise or market our goods or services.
- You have expressed an interest in working for us.
- You visit the Site.
What We Do With the Data We Collect
- We may keep your personal data for up to 12 months or (if you have an account with us) for the life of that account (or as long as we are legally required to do so).
- Unless the law tells us otherwise we will not disclose your personal data to any third party (except members of our group of companies and our affiliates).
- All your personal data is stored securely in accordance with the principles of the Data Protection Act 1998.
Sharing your information
We use a small number of trusted third parties to provide the SourceBreaker for Firefox extension. For example, we use Sentry to find out what errors occur in the extension. We use Jira Software to track bugs from customers, and Intercom to track customer support requests.
Tracking actions
We don't use services for track actions in the extension.
Security
Data security is very important to us and to protect your personal data we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to make sure that that date is secure.
Changes to this Policy
We will notify you of any material changes that impact your rights under this Policy by, for example, sending you an email to your most recently provided email address and post any other revisions to this Policy here along with their effective date. Your continued use of SourceBreaker after any change means that you agree with, and consent to be bound by, the new Policy.
