Since I keep a number of tabs open and can't find a post v57 extension that lets me keep multiple rows of all open tabs, its easy to get lost when tabs are scrolled horizontally off screen. This is a handy little reminder there are out-of-sight tabs.

Note, waterfox (branched from FF v56) supports all legacy functions and extensions, including an extension to use multiple tab rows & also to place tabs below the bookmarks (vastly clearer UI I can't understand why FF v57 dropped). Try Waterfox for support of all modern add-ons and all your favorite legacy ones. It shares the profile with FF and gives you back your old favorite add-ons and more.

    Like others have mentioned, 3 digits is a few too few. Can we do 5? I'd request 4 but I'm up to a 5,133 count currently and, well... you know.

    Works but: Only shows 3 characters. The 4th 1,000+ is cut off on the right side. (though 1000 is too many for Firefox anyway). Customization settings would be good improvement.

    Good extension, but font size is not customizable and could be bigger.

    Works fine. Though with a large number of open tabs/windows the figures shown are truncated. Would be nice if that could be fixed.
    Or maybe make the pitch of the figures customizable to fit everything in.
    Hovering over the button shows the full numbers in the pop-up, so this is the work-around for the full info.

    works great, couldn't find it at first (it showed up to the left of my minimize button) but it works perfectly and is simplistic. exactly what i need. you can look at the screenshots on the extensions page for examples. (I shoulda done that first)

    Great. Easy to see open tabs numbers.

    I found out why my laptop was running slow when I opened my web browser :) i had many open tabs that i opened long ago

    love it! I just wish it could handle more than 3 digits, it gets hard to see the count once I have 1000 tabs open

    Thanks for making this. After seeing my result I have a feeling an ADHD diagnosis is incoming. I don't think having 2,245 tabs open is normal. My tab session is a few years old. I'll give it to Mozilla, Firefox has not bogged down even a bit.

    Does as it promised !

    It's not something that I really need but I like having it to check from time to time.
    Extremely lightweight, reports at only 80kb memory on my side and requires no permissions.

    Since my browser gets really messy very quickly, I needed a counter to know whenever I have taken things too far and this is the perfect extension to do so!
