One thing though I'd want is to have a list of windows right in the first level of (inception) submenu. I think there's no need in this nesting - you can show one menu if current tab is incognito and the other if it isn't (with a hint as a grayed out first menu item)

Send tab is great for sending to other devices but Tab Mover is perfect for moving between windows. Really helps not to have to have multiple windows open at the same time.
