NoScript is still awesome especially for web development to turn scripts on and off, it mat require WebDev knowledge to use, or at least practice.

I have been using "NoScript" firefox extension for 10 years now. In Windows + Linux. If you don't have antivirus software installed then "NoScript" is a must to have. Even with 'globally allow' option it works

Seit Jahren setze ich schon auf den verschiedensten Geräten, von PC über Tablet und Smartphone, auf NoScript und bin immer wieder begeistert, wie gut man hier einen Überblick an und über Informationen über den "Dschungel" Internet erhalten und beeinflussen kann. Best security addon!

it's nice app, but extremely very, very slowdown mine FireFox, so I switch off it. Probably this is problem of modern FF itself. But this combo look as reason to switch to another browser+script blocker. As I knew NoScript exists for another platform, so I'll try it there
